Adverse Weather / School Closure

Occasionally during winter due to adverse weather, a school may need to close. Where there is a possibility of school being closed, there are 3 ways to keep up to date with the latest information.

1. Phone the school information line on 08700544999 and type in the pin for Clerkhill which is 021470. The Headteacher will record a voice message giving the latest update.

2. Visit the Aberdeenshire Council School Closures Page.

3. Listen to the latest updates on local radio stations.

During the day where school is closed, and especially if school is closed for a longer period of time, it is important that we continue to make use of this time by providing learning opportunities for pupils to lead at home. Please help your pupil to log into Glow using their username and password and visit the “SNOW ZONE” below.
